The Twisted Olive opened its doors in 2013, a dream of Chef Steve and his wife, Sherri.
They drew the name from their favorite restaurant, the "Black Olive", in Baltimore, MD.
The idea was to convey a fresh, fun, approachable image to their guests.
A casual-style bistro with a world twist
The menu that Chef Steve selected is a further affirmation of this image. He didn't want to be tied to any one type
of cuisine, or to limit his guest's choices. Therefore, he decided that offering an array of styles from all
over the world fit everyone best.
"On any given night, you might find Italian, Spanish, Moroccan,
or Thai dishes. Our ideas stay fresh, so that guests will continue to come back for more."
The Twisted Olive is also home to some of the best house infusions around. The creative mind of
our very talented bartenders has brught this full-service bar to an entirely new level. With consistently-changing
house infusion flavors, a creative mix of house cocktails, and a great atmosphere, we've become quite the spot
