The Twisted Olive opened its doors in 2013, a dream of Chef Steve and his wife, Sherri. They drew the name from their favorite restaurant, the "Black Olive", in Baltimore, MD. The idea was to convey a fresh, fun, approachable image to their guests.
A casual-style bistro with a world twist
The menu that Chef Steve selected is a further affirmation of this image. He didn't want to be tied to any one type of cuisine, or to limit his guests choices. Therefore, he decided that offering an array of styles from all over the world fit everyone best.
